LizGoban 0.1.0-pre1

The binary package is available only for 64bit Windows at present. You can use it immediately by a double-click without installation, configuration, additional downloads, and so on. Its built-in engine is Leela Zero 0.17 (CPU-only) + 15 blocks network (0d2694c5) on 2019-10-15. See the project home for GPU, KataGo, Mac, Linux, etc.

• The launcher command is changed from "npx electron src" to "npm start".
