Update to last Thermostat API

Since March 5th, 2018, Thermostat API has evolved and now supports Valves.
With this update Setthermpoint is deprecated -> a new function Setroomthermpoint appears.

Is it possible to include this new function?

Yes, I have a thermostat and 3 valves.
I can test a modified code with an implementation on node-red.

Just added a PR that includes getHomesData and getHomeStatus which returns info related to rooms and valves. Tested it on 3 valves, everything seems to be ok :)
