Add PSOC 5LP processor board? #52

The PSOC 5LP processors from Cypress Semiconductor look like good possibilities for processors to add. The $10 development board [http://www.digikey.com/products/en?mpart=CY8CKIT-059](Link URL) makes the price reasonable.
These are ARM Cortex M3 processors.
SAR ADCs are only 12 bit. There is a 20-bit sigma-delta, but that would be quite slow.
