examples/ebnf2.ebnf not parsed as iso-ebnf

I'm not sure if this their is a different dialect this is suposed to be, or if it needs to be moved to iso-ebnf.

Hm, I'm not actually sure where this example is from. There are a lot of things that claim to be EBNF, without being precise about what that means. I think most EBNF dialects are ad-hoc, they're really intended for humans. I was just trying to capture some things I found scattered around, at the time.
