Enable Drag from All Corners in ktd-grid-item & Change Drag Icon

I am using the ktd-grid-item Angular layout. Currently, dragging only works from the bottom-right corner, but I want to be able to drag from all corners, including top-left, top-right, bottom-left, and bottom-right. Additionally, if possible, I would like to change the drag icon. Thanks!
