Slots / Partial Date Support

Hi I saw this commit on vue-i18n next - intlify/vue-i18n#10

For both vue-i18n and vue-i18n-next I was wondering if we could discuss the possibility of partial date support e.g. MMM yyyy.

The slots commit gave me the idea that we could potentially support localised date formats for partial dates as well.

I was wondering if the team would be open to this?
