kdco/workspace: Error when cleaning the context: Type{} is not iterable when trying to clean the context

After installing the plugin:

ocx registry add https://registry.kdco.dev --name kdco
ocx add kdco/workspace

When agent tries to clean the context by removing some session tools results, it gets many times this error:
Type{} is not iterable

@kdcokenny let me know if I am not being clear please. And thanks for the amazing work, I am really enjoying the sub agents

I have discovreed that agent is calling:
Extract
and
Discard

And in both is getting this same error.

Agent keeps looping in this forever sometimes
