We can stop sending readings between dusk and dawn to save energy.

To simplify things, we will make dusk, dawn, and timezone configuration variables and won't try to look them up over an API. We'll take about 1 hour earlier than the earliest sunrise of the year and one hour later than the latest sunset of the year and use those as our boundaries for sleep hours.
