keras_callbacks_example

What is it?

It is just an example code to check out how to define your own keras callback functions. More details are explained in my blog post

What does it do?

Nothing but

  • compute roc_auc_score at the end of every epoch
  • store it (and loss)
  • print it at the end.

I modified mnist_cnn.py from keras example so that it is really quick and useless for testing purpose.

How to run

(after install keras and sklearn)

$ python mnist_cnn.py

Result

Using Theano backend.
Couldn't import dot_parser, loading of dot files will not be possible.
