Podspec and license

Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing this. Would you be receptive to a pull request adding:

• A Podspec for those of us using the CocoaPods package manager
• a LICENSE file and license clarifications in SwiftCharts.swift (I suggest the simple MIT license but happy to help add whichever you choose)

Hey Jacob, that sounds great! Work has been really busy this year and I haven’t had a chance to work on this project but your interest and kind words has really motivated me! I’ll do some work on upgrading this project to swift 3, etc. I have zero experience accepting PRs or collaborating on GitHub at all, for that matter, so some advice would be greatly appreciated. Would you like to help maintain this project? Is there an option to simply give you the ability to push code to the repository? - Kevin Brewster
