# Open Source License

Ollamac is licensed under the Apache License 2.0, with the following additional conditions:

1. Ollamac may be utilized commercially, including as a standalone macOS application. Should the conditions below be met, a commercial license must be obtained from the producer:

   a. Redistribution Restriction: You may not redistribute Ollamac or any derivative works under the name "Ollamac" or any variation thereof, including but not limited to "Ollamac X". Here, "X" refers to any suffix that implies a different version or variant of the original Ollamac, such as "Ollamac Pro", etc. You must change the name of the Work or Derivative Works when distributing.

   b. Branding and Copyright Information: You may not remove or modify the branding or copyright information in the Ollamac application. This restriction applies to the visual elements and branding present in the application.

2. As a contributor, you should agree that:

   a. The producer can adjust the open-source agreement to be more strict or relaxed as deemed necessary.

   b. Your contributed code may be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to its use in business operations.

The interactive design of this product is protected by an appearance patent.
