admin to add custom erc20 not part of uniswap token list #184
Description
Shell erc20 database is computed from an admin panel where one choses the token list it wants to use. By default, we use uniswap token list. End users can check on https://shell.keycard.tech/update/db-version-history the link used and the process, making the process reproducible.
Problem: it's not currently convenient to add erc20 that are not part of uniswap token list. E.g. let's suppose some erc-20 tokens we want to support on StatusL2 are not part of this token list
