user should be able to type in the index in adresses menu

In 'Adresses' menu the user should be able to type in the index of the public address he wants to see
It's particularly useful with bitcoin where many receiving adresses can be used
e.g the user want to check the public address corresponding to index 100 but don't want to press the next button a 100 times.

Generally don't think this option should be in menu. It's better to provide it on Address screen.
