fop.xml config file

Firstly, Thank you..

I am looking for the fop.xml file which you used as a config to pass to fop in the s1dk2pdf script.

From what I understand there is a loader extension that converts the image links in the info-entity-map.txt file to the filenames. But this does not seem to be happening and the PDF is rendered without images. I think this is enabled in the fop.xml config file.

Or does this name to image translation happen somewhere else?
