Update Paintings in Flutter

To give the mod a tiny bit of personal flare, i want to update some of the paintings in the game to have some fun and say 'thank you' to my backers on patreon.

In terms of possibilities, it looks like there's a balloon picture in the junk shop.

Found the Gnome's in Roll's room. Took me a little while to see the gnomes there. File is ST05T.BIN offset is 0x10000.

Palette is at offset 0x19800

Similar story for MegaMan's room. File is ST05T.BIN offset is 0x23800.

Palette offset is 0x2a800.
