This is the working repository for developing the next version of kSNP.
kSNP4.0 has been released on SourceForge here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/ksnp/
kSNP4.0 offers some significant enhancements, primarily in the form of performance (it should be faster).
There is some documentation in this wiki about kSNP4, changes from kSNP3, underlying technology / techniques, etc.
The software hosted here is in development, and in source-code form. It might work for you, but probably not.
