[Release] Wikivoyage by Kiwix (Linux/Windows) 3.4.4

Wikivoyage by Kiwix is now at version 3.4.4. The packages contain the October 2024 Wikivoyage English ZIM (wikivoyage_en_all_maxi_2024-10.zim), together with the changes in the CHANGELOG.

Apart from the archive, the update contains several critical bugfixes for issues caused or exposed by new Wikimedia ZIMs scraped using the mobile-html API. There are also fixes for opening articles from popover links and to some race conditions that occasionally prevented display of articles especially on slow devices.

Please note that headings can no longer be clicked to close or open. Please ensure that Display settings -> Open all headings is selected in Configuration (the default setting), or else the main body of each article will be completely hidden.

There are Electron-based packages for Linux (including ARM64) and Windows 7/8/10/11. There is also a UWP app for Windows 10/11, including Xbox and older Win10(M) devices. The Linux packages have been tested on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and OpenSUSE (32bit and 64bit).
