Support available for multi-rate meters?

Hi,

before I put in the time to set this up I wanted to ask if it would be easy to configure it to support multi-rate meters? If that's not a common thing: in the UK we often have day rates and night rates (it's way cheaper at night) and they have 2 different counters.

It seems like a simple thing to implement, if it's between 23:00 and 07:00 inc counter 1, else inc counter 2, but I thought I should check so I'm at least prepared for shenanigans when I do it.
