Reg Hitchings sent me an email about this - apparently Wheatley sometimes gets confused when other people ring its bells. I'm not sure how to reproduce this, and AFAIK the worst that should happen is Wheatley skips that bell because it has already rung.

But nonetheless I figured that it'd be worth having this as an issue.
