Hi @koala73 I would like to know if we could have version more complete for commodity traders, the work is amazing but I would like to know if you could had like more vessel data, like direct positions of vessels and as well more data concerning the data towards it; Like https://www.vortexa.com/ their data are very good; If the vessels and like their information are added I can send this project to my linkedin community I have more than 11K followers and most of them are trader specialized in commodities.

I would recommend adding official Chinese Government Announcements like Ministry of Information and Technology to the TECH variant and the Ministry of Commerce announcements for trade. |

This is an amazing resource, thank you so much for making it! I was wondering if we could get a little more fidelity for the protests part on the map. When it lists the protests, can it bring up whatever links or information GDELT has on it? Or is that not how their database works? Thank you again! |

@koala73 Thank you for the idea and building app on that. Just a recommendation to add setting option like 'to mute notification popup'. and pop or flash light in map when there is a new alert/news in the region. I will continue to utilize the app and share my inputs. More importantly thank you for being open of recommendations and initiating this discussion. |

Do you have a 3d globe switch or just the flat map? Love what you did. I asked Gemini if I could load fork on Lovable.dev and it said front end wise it will be fine but on the backend : "When you "import" this into Lovable, the map and UI will load, but the data (news, AI briefs, etc.) will likely show errors or be empty because Lovable doesn't automatically host or run the code in the /api folder." But is that just an API key thing and Id have to get my own? |

@koala73 I must say the best Project i have seen so far i am activly promoting it to my network. is it possiblle to add more News outlets as sources ie like more local outlets like from china, india and other nations and also losely translate the information if possible. This will also provide a more diverse data as right now after skiming the website i felt that the site lacks diverse point of views and has information from all the primary western Media houses and can add bias. Again its a amazing project keep up the good work |

These outlets provide "ground-truth" data and strategic perspectives: The Hindu (National): https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/feeder/default.rss The Indian Express (India): https://indianexpress.com/section/india/feed/ India News Network : https://www.indianewsnetwork.com/rss.en.diplomacy.xml The War Zone (Military/OSINT): https://www.twz.com/feed gCaptain (Maritime/Waterways): https://gcaptain.com/feed/ Adding these would fill gaps in the current "Bases," "Waterways," and regional "Conflict" layers by providing more localized and technical POVs.
