add requiredMsg support to KoboToolbox formbuilder UI #642
Description
Currently control settings only permits enabling - ie "required='true()'" - or (default) disabling - ie "required='false()'" when setting whether the associated control/question is mandatory or not. Unfortunetely there is no way to set the corresponding "jr:requiredMsg='...'" message to display.
Note - UI supports setting "jr:constraintMsg='...'" to display the error message when validation criteria is set.
