Upgrading to docker[space]compose (Docker Compose v2) breaks installation #239

FYI.

Tried with:

./run.py
./run.py --auto-update
./run.py --setup

Manually modifying .run.conf to have

  "compose_version": "v2",

seems to work. (It was previously "v1")
