since we have repository based workers, each time we merge something on main it will redeploy all workers instance and that could be an issue.
Or we can create multiple workflow for each workers (like on kodadot/packages)

feel free to add CF_API_TOKEN in the meantime nvm CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN

nvm i'm creating sub workflow as a start so it won't deploy all workers
