Implement the birthdays use case, we need to fetch the data from a notion database, and dispatch the notifications into a discord channel.

The messages should contain the following format:
"NAME, Wishing you a very happy birthday! Enjoy your special day! :birthday: :gift:"

Where the NAME is the name of the person matching the current date with their birth date.
