Analysis keeps on generating the incident even after it has been fixed .

I am using https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-petclinic for analysis , KAI plugin version 0.0.8 .
After resolving all incidents the last one left was "Replace Spring log level property with Quarkus property
9 incidents"

After applying resolution , application.properties file was modified .
Run analysis again , same incident kept on appearing with no resolutions found (as changes have been applied already)
