Is this repo a good place to keep Code Review Guidelines (CRG), How To Ask Questions (HTAQ) and similar?

Currently CDG is only present in kottans/frontend-2019-p2p and HTAQ in kottans/frontend

HTAQ is worth adding/linking to every course intro.

CDG is worth adding/linking to every students' homeworks repo (yet adjusted to be less frontend-focused).
