OBS 29.1.1 on Windows 11 x64 fails to start with OBS VirtualBG installed

With this module installed on Windows 11 x64, OBS 29.1.1 fails to display a window. The log (from .\obs64.exe --verbose --unfiltered-log) is attached.

Reproduction steps:

1. Install OBS 29.1.1
2. Start OBS to see that it works
3. Install this plugin as documented (on https://github.com/kounoike/obs-virtualbg#windows)
4. Start OBS, see that no window appears and that no process is visible in Task Manager
