Instructions for playing

It's not quite clear how to start the game proper, since at least one person has mentioned that. I need to make it clear that you need a running server to play first, and that there may be an official central server eventually.

There will also be an implicit tutorial eventually, but thats a design issue for the future.

I've added a stopgap with "instructions.txt", but it's far from perfect.
