move-all-results-to-tekton-home step doesn't work on openshift

What steps did you take and what happened:
On openshift we are missing the scc for subpath, so the move-all-results-to-tekton-home step is having the below error

2023/07/11 17:38:18 warning: unsuccessful cred copy: ".docker" from "/tekton/creds" to "/": unable to create destination directory: mkdir /.docker: permission denied

What did you expect to happen:

we need to fix it without applying any scc, perhaps changing the tep-results directory to something already existed in tekton
