How to forward information about a source to a webhook provider #4230

Hi all, I'm in the process of implementing a webhook provider for Cloudflare tunnel public hostnames. I am able to get something working with just the hostname and target annotations but as it stands, I will need to manually specify the target per-service and deploy a separate instance of external-dns per tunnel. Is there any way to pass/retrieve additional details of a source to a webhook provider? I see there is some provider-specific handling of annotations here. Could support be added to save annotations prefixed with I have considered CRDs as a potential candidate for this but I'm not quite ready to invest the necessary time to learn the |
