Configure QUIC / HTTP/3 in FrontendConfig

I could not find any way to configure from Kubernetes ressources the HTTP/3 (QUIC) negotiation frontend configuration parameter.

It would be nice to be able to do so, and I see a closed PR that was initiated to add this to the FrontendConfig CRD. I think it makes sense to have it here, along the sslPolicy which is another frontend configuration parameter.
