Update to PF5:

Sub tasks:

  • FormGroup, does not support internal help texts in PF, change all our FormGroups to use exlicit FormHelperText
  • onCange, onClick signiture in some elements changed in PF, make sure all our callbacks are named, and typed
  • Move reset of the code to PF5 elements, use depracted components where needed, https://www.patternfly.org/get-started/upgrade#upgrade-deprecated-components
  • Migrate deprecated components to PF5
