Describe the bug
The SSO default project is not being set

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Setup SSO with Dex
  2. Enable Setting the default projects for the dex login user and add project and roles to be added to new logins
  3. Notice how the users don't have any new projects assigned

Expected behavior
Users should be set with the default projects
