Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
sig-scale is working on integrating https://kwok.sigs.k8s.io/ for stress and scale testing the kubevirt stack. There is a need to write an e2e test that creates 100 fake nodes and 1000 fake VMIs.
Describe the solution you'd like:
Write an e2e test similar to existing perf and scale tests that creates simulated nodes and VMIs to scale test KubeVirt control plane
