  If we become the leader or manager of a team of four people that will be responsible for achieving the outcomes and improving this project, the following four positions are the positions that we would employ for the project:
</p>
<p>
  The first position that we would like to have is a Game Developer. The Game Developer will further design, develop, and maintain the game for the team. This includes finding and fixing bugs, and adding new and interesting features to the game to improve it. To be the Game Developer, we need someone who is familiar with programming and already has some experience with tools like the Phaser game framework and JavaScript. This person should also be collaborative to work with the team manager and explain the game to other members, and be willing to learn new things along the way to improve the game. Lastly, a Game Developer should have problem solving skills and creative thinking to write the program and come up with unique or engaging ideas for the game.
</p>
<p>
  The second position is the Web Developer, who will be responsible for designing and developing the team’s website so that it is intuitive, responsive, and represents the team well. A person in this position should be quite proficient in front-end development in general, and specifically in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and have some knowledge about its framework like React. Lastly, they should have good teamwork skills to work with the Writer and Content creator and decide on how the website should be improved to engage users.
</p>
<p>
  Next, the team will also need a Writer and Content Creator, who is responsible for the actual content of the website, and they will be writing blogs and articles about the project on our website to explain and promote the project. The person will also write the overall project report for the team to higher ups like the venture capitalists. Therefore, one must be proficient at content writing, report writing, communication skills, and has some IT-related background to understand and know what they are writing about.
</p>
<p>
  The last position that we want to employ is a Network Administrator. The person in this position will research about network, find ways to implement the game into a network, and write report(s) about network implementation to explain the process and report to the team manager. Hence, to be a Network Administrator, one should have good research skills, report and academic writing skills, and good communication skills to explain the ideas and concepts. Furthermore, one must have adequate knowledge of IT in general and of network in specific.
