Enabling package manager support for Katharsis

Goals

1. Publish Katharsis to package managers like Brew and WinGet.

Non-Goals

1. This applies to any changes other than those categorized as enhancement, documentation.

Background

Installing Katharsis manually is cumbersome and difficult to manage, so we need to publish it to package managers to enable users to install it with a single command.

This will also address the Gatekeeper. issue mentioned in the FAQ.md.

Proposal

We need to refer to the documentation for these package managers and configure the necessary steps accordingly.
