The meaning of the metrics in code

First of all thank you for open source your code, it's easy to understand and follow. However, I am confused about what c-index, c-index cat, c-index pro in the code mean respectively. Which metric should I choose when I reproduce experimental results. Hope to get your answer, thank you again.
