I want to dynamically modify the configuration in .env and how can I make these changes take effect in a timely manner without restarting the service.

2. Additional context or comments

I think the problem may not be caused by the pydantic-settings.
This copy may not be modified because of the way we use it.

The way it is used now, all references become local variables and cannot be updated globally.
