We need to add comments and explanation to some of the internal functions for interfaced codes, as well as within the drivers for the electronics structure calculations (PYSEQM/LATTE specifically for now).

PYSEQM driver docs are updated here https://github.com/lanl/sedacs/tree/docs, just trying to remove all of these proxy conflicts before merging.
