ability to hide "edited by x" text

currently the bot appends `"edited by x" to the author username, there should be a way to remove that, this comes to mind:

the bot sends another message, saying "the message above was edited by x" and has two buttons. one saying "hide" which deletes the notice, and another saying "undo edit", both only accessible by the original message author
