Notification when new PM

It would also be nice if a notification would come when the user has received a new PM.Bye Jan

The bot would have to send private messages to individual users in Telegram. I'm not sure whether this can be done. At a minimum, each user would have to put their personal Telegram ID in a UCP setting. Maybe each user would have to separately give the bot permission in Telegram.

submit_pm_after would probably be the right event.

At the beginning one would have to know if this function is desired. It is certainly very complex to solve this PM function via individual BOTs. The individual IDs are necessary to keep the private messages private. I think this feature will be work for the next few months.
