Welcome to the SlimerJS wiki!

It contains additional informations about the installation and the use of SlimerJS in specific environments. These informations are written by SlimerJS's users (thanks to them!). Feel free to update these pages or to add a new one.

Known problems

  • Slow startup
    Check if your current hostname has been added to /etc/hosts file (On Windows: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts). To check current hostname on Linux systems just run hostname. If the current hostname does not exists in that file then SlimerJS may be starting up even 10 seconds longer!
