Ver 3.3.2 2017083000 still sends multiple alerts about upcoming end of enrolment

Having installed ver. 3.3.2 2017083000 I had thought that the issue of an email alert sent every day once the Days to alert on is reached would have been solved. It has not. And I see no place to set the delay between alerts can be set.

There is no delay between alerts as this would be a feature request.

It currently should only send the email once. When installing the plugin the upgrade script should of added a database table.

This table has a sent flag that is triggered once a email is sent. Please confirm the plugin upgraded successfully.

I presume you are talking about the table mdl_block_enrolmenttimer.
That table exists. Moodle reported that the plugin upgrade was installed correctly.
There are no rows in that table.
In the three days since installing, an email alert has been sent every day.
