Portal for users to update password, etc? #179

Hi, I'm undertaking a large project, upgrading our whole LDAP deployment. Currently we have a very old version of LDAP Account Manager running on a very old server. It has been working great but these things don't last forever. Now we have a new(er) server with current OS and software that I'll be using. I tried moving the LAM to it but the newer version of PHP wasn't compatible with the code. I modified some of the code and made some progress, but it still can't connect to the LDAP server. In the mean time I'm looking for alternates and found PLA. I didn't see it mentioned at first glance, and this is something we use regularly, is: some sort of user portal (web page) that users can use to at least update their password (LAM also lets the user update their contact info or other fields I specify, as well). Is something like that available or possible? Thanks |
