[FEAT] add standard deviation data

The original version of mtr presents information in a statistical manner - there is a column for standard deviation, measures of dispersion.
Why not improve this program too?

Perhaps it would be better to make it an option, since an additional column would break scripts and automation

I'll take a look, timelines are not likely soon however due to outside pressures demanding time.
