eg, this spot has the central 100 pixels masked out in two exposures, so
legacysurvey.org/viewer-dev/cutouts-tgz/?ra=94.6582&dec=78.3594&size=200&layer=mzls+bass-dr6
includes 5 images, while
legacysurvey.org/viewer-dev/cutouts-tgz/?ra=94.6582&dec=78.3594&size=100&layer=mzls+bass-dr6
includes only 3 images. This is not good.
