zero points
FWHM from sextractor catalogs
PSF Neff from PSFEx

Start to implement here 8e94f13
but missing gains (should be separate?), Neff, and zero points.
Zero points depend on SDSS...

imcgreer modified the milestones: v1.0, v0.3

7d917d1 add field centers and gain corrections
zero points have to be done externally
