错误的配置文件名称和多余的输出，异常的检测 #2

配置文件错误，手动加了文件

然后在使用过程中发现多余的输出导致部分插件异常响应
还有那ID获取异常的检测，应该加判断，获取到ID后转true,而不进一步检测
