WP-CLI installation snippet

Hi guys,

With the loss of the forum we lost access to a lot of snippets I used to look up a lot.

I just used this snippet to add wp-cli to Laragon, inputting it into its built-in Terminal:

cd C:\laragon\usr\bin && curl -L -O https://raw.github.com/wp-cli/builds/gh-pages/phar/wp-cli.phar && echo @ECHO OFF > wp.bat && echo php "%~dp0wp-cli.phar" %* >> wp.bat

I wanted to double check with you guys if this is still the recommended way of installing it. Also, should we use the wiki to add these kind of snippets, or should we continue using github issues?
