How to find installed PHP, Composer version

Hi,
Tried running following comments but getting error.

For PHP: Laragon is installed in the C drive.

`PS C:\laragon\bin> php --version
php : The term 'php' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the
spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ php --version
+ ~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (php:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

PS C:\laragon\bin> php -v

Getting the same error for Composer as well.
